CL Medilaw were pleased to present a seminar recently at the Kidz to Adultz North event 2019. Rachel, a Solicitor in the team, gave a talk on the Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) process and appeals.
Following on from the seminar, Rachel has also written an article with suggestions for parents and young people titled: ‘How to best manage the EHCP process – 5 top tips’. The article includes key tips on how to prepare for and approach the EHCP process, including the initial assessment stage through to annual reviews.
