Careers

Together we are building something different

Choosing the next step in your career is an important decision.

Choosing the next step

If you are looking for a forward thinking, supportive and friendly team of market leading solicitors in the field of medical negligence and serious injury, then we can offer roles with exposure to high value, complex brain injury and medical negligence cases, and the chance to develop professionally within a successful growing team. We believe in putting clients first whilst offering an approachable and inclusive work environment, with a good work-life balance.

At CL Medilaw, we pride ourselves in doing things differently. The “CL” in our name stands for “Changing Lives”: it’s what we do; it’s how we do it; and it’s why we do it. We are driven by putting our clients first, and committed to giving back to local and national charities, who support our clients and their families through the most challenging circumstances, when they have suffered medical negligence or serious injury.

Our expertise

CL Medilaw represents clients across the UK. We are recognised experts acting for people who have suffered a birth injury, brain injury, amputation, spinal injury, delay in diagnosing cancer and fatal injuries. We provide a holistic service to our clients with our involvement often including deputyship and trusts, education and welfare advice.

The level of expertise in our team is recognised by accreditations from The Law Society, AvMA, APIL and the Brain Injury Group. We are also a panel firm of (amongst others) the Major Trauma Signposting Partnership, the Child Brain Injury Trust, and the Major Trauma Group. We work closely with a number of specialist charities and organisations who routinely refer families to us recognising our expertise in cerebral palsy, neonatal complications, amputation and cancer claims as well as bladder and bowel injuries in particular.

The success of CL Medilaw is derived from our one-team and client centred approach to our cases and the business as a whole. We are not monitored or driven by financial targets but by achieving the best outcome for our clients.
