Client CXZ

A settlement of £160,000 with a rehabilitation package worth approx £70,000. Crush injury to leg requiring multiple surgeries with a small risk of ankle fusion in the future.

Client CAN

A settlement of £205,000 with a rehabilitation package worth approx. £80,000. Mild TBI, musco skeletal injuries most notably fractures of the spine. Unable to return to previous employment.

Client IXZ (2019)

A £2.625 million lump sum and tax free index linked annual payments of £160,000 to age 11, £180,000 to age 19, £240,000 thereafter. Severe dystonic cerebral palsy arising from mismanagement of labour.

Client AB

Severe injury to the frontal lobe caused by gamma knife radiosurgery for an arteriovenous malformation (AVM). Incorrect advice. Rejected by other firms. Lump sum £2 million plus annual tax-free index linked payments.

Client HJR

A lump sum of £4.375 million plus annual tax-free index linked payments. A brain injury suffered as a result of the negligent delays in HJR’s delivery leading to a diagnosis of asymmetric spastic quadriplegia, a form of cerebral palsy.

Client MC

A lump sum payment of £3.5 million plus annual tax-free index linked payments of £275,750 for life. Untreated gestational diabetes caused MC to sustain brain damage before his birth. MC has spastic diplegic cerebral palsy.
