Is it a line, is it a house, its CL Medilaw take on Superhero Bingo!
The team at CL Medilaw donned their best superhero costumes and got together for a virtual fun filled evening of bingo in aid of the At Home Superhero Challenge. The evening was a great success, with prizes being won for a line and a house.
Hosted by CL Medilaw’s very own Jenny Clendining, calling the numbers with all the bingo lingo, the team were eyes down and ready for action. Although, there were many close calls and wishes for just the right number to come up, shouts for LINES and HOUSE were heard.
Not only were the superhero outfits for fun, there was a competition for the best dressed. With costume including, Superhero Flower Power, Poison Ivy, Wonder Women and Superhero Minnie Mouse, Helen Niebuhr had a tough decision on who to vote for as the best costume. After a nail biting final, swooping in to win the prize was ….. The Corona Busters (Louise Astill and her partner Kunal). What a well-deserved win!
On the night, we raised an amazing £160 with donations still coming in. The final total will be split equally between our Superhero Challenge Teams’ chosen charities (PACE, Tree of Hope, Yellow Submarine, Bone Cancer Research Trust, Stockport Wheelchair Racing and Rainbow Hub). Each charity has helped our Superhero Challenge teams in so many way, not just with physical rehabilitation but emotional support to them and their families.
