We are very proud to be the new Superheroes Series corporate friend and supporting members of the Amputation Foundation in their races. Meet our first Superhero, Pete who is competing in the Superheroes Tri.
Meet Pete, our first superhero taking part in the Superheroes Tri at Dorney Lake, Windsor on 17 August 2019. Pete is a member of the Amputation Foundation, a charity that CL Medilaw proudly supports.

Your disability and how it challenges you: I’m a full left leg amputee (Hip Disarticulation) I can’t run but found a race wheelchair gives the same buzz.
Sporting super stripes: Liverpool wig run 5k, Wilmslow 10k, Manchester Marathon, Manchester 10k
Why you want to take part: To be part of something so incredible and be surrounded by everyday superheroes
Your Kryptonite: Rain. Makes my wheelchair gloves slippery

Superpower: My family are my driving force, they never let me give up.
