Peeps HIE renews CL Medilaw’s membership on their legal panel
We are delighted to announce that we have been invited to join the Peeps HIE legal panel, as specialist maternity lawyers for the second year in a row.

Peeps HIE is the UK’s only dedicated charity, helping families and children who have received a diagnosis of HIE at the time of their birth. They provide free parent packs to all neonatal intensive care units across the UK meaning that families have access to information and support at the earliest possible opportunity. They also provide mental health, bereavement and equipment support, as well as hosting away weekends and peer support meetings.
HIE (Hypoxic-Ischaemic Encephalopathy) is a condition that occurs when a baby’s brain in deprived of oxygen during or immediately after their birth. HIE can affect children differently and with different levels of severity but can lead to lifelong disabilities.
