CL Medilaw is proud to have joined together with the Stoke-on-Trent based cancer charity, Pink Sisters & Misters, to help people affected by the disease in Staffordshire and beyond. Both patients and their loved ones will be supported by a network of care and understanding for all types of cancer — and at every stage of their journey.
How Pink Sisters & Misters Helps
The charity aims to provide a safe space for those living with cancer to come together. They run monthly in-person support groups within Staffordshire and the surrounding areas, creating a welcoming environment where patients and their loved ones can connect, share experiences, and find comfort in the company of those who truly understand what they are going through.
The Pink Sisters & Misters charity also offers an online community through private Facebook forums, providing advice, positivity and welcome support, regardless of where people are based.
Practical help is also available through chemotherapy packs containing items such as fluffy blankets, eyebrow pencil and lip salve — providing a little comfort to those undergoing treatment. Other crucial services include home visits, hospital visit companions, referrals for counselling, and benefits advice.
