Victoria is a Senior Associate in our serious injury team, specialising in catastrophic injury and acquired brain injury claims since qualifying as a solicitor. She represents both adults and children who have suffered life-changing injuries, providing clear, compassionate, and client-focused guidance throughout the legal process.
Victoria has extensive experience supporting vulnerable clients, including those who lack the capacity to make decisions for themselves. She works closely with families, litigation friends, case managers, therapists and other professionals to ensure that her clients’ best interests remain at the heart of every decision. - Representing a 4-year-old who sustained a significant brain injury in a car accident at the age of 2, Victoria has been closely involved in coordinating the child’s long-term care and rehabilitation. Working alongside a specialist paediatric case manager, she has successfully obtained funding under the Rehabilitation Code to provide access to private therapy, including Speech & Language therapist and occupational therapy, ensuring the child receives tailored support to meet their ongoing developmental needs.
- Successfully concluded a high-value, complex brain injury case, coordinating evidence from over ten expert witnesses across medical, rehabilitation and vocational disciplines. Through meticulous case management and strategic negotiation, a settlement of just under £1.5 million was achieved, securing long-term support and rehabilitation funding for the client.
