Sammiya is a Solicitor in our medical negligence team, supporting individuals and families through some of the most difficult periods of their lives. She has experience handling a wide range of claims, including delayed diagnosis and treatment of cancer, and is dedicated to helping clients secure answers, accountability and the support they need to move forward.
She works closely with families following the loss of a loved one, providing compassionate guidance throughout the claims process and the coroner’s inquest process. Sammiya also assists on complex birth injury claims arising from failures in care during pregnancy and childbirth.
