Hayley is a Solicitor in our Serious Injury team. Hayley is a highly experienced solicitor specialising in catastrophic injury cases, including traumatic brain injuries, amputations and spinal cord injuries, while also managing cases involving musculoskeletal injuries, polytrauma and psychological trauma. She works closely with clients and their families to deliver outcomes that address both immediate needs and long-term care requirements.
A key focus of Hayley’s practice is securing timely rehabilitation. She collaborates closely with case managers and defendants to facilitate early access to rehabilitation services, fostering constructive relationships that support proportionate and efficient progression of claims.
Hayley is also adept at managing complex liability investigations, conducting thorough analyses of evidence and identifying additional sources to strengthen claims and resolve disputes effectively. She has extensive experience instructing and liaising with experts across a wide range of disciplines, including neurorehabilitation, neurology, neuropsychology, orthopaedics, spinal cord injury, assistive technology, maxillofacial surgery, occupational therapy, plastic surgery, orthotics and physiotherapy.
