Francesca is a Senior Associate in our Medical Negligence team. Francesca is a specialist in clinical negligence with over eight years of post-qualification experience. She has helped clients who have suffered life-changing injuries as a result of failings in their medical care and has worked on a wide variety of complex cases, including substandard surgery, delayed cancer diagnosis, extravasation injuries, pressure sores, ophthalmic negligence and fatal claims.
She has a particular interest in advocating for and supporting families affected by birth injuries. Francesca understands how overwhelming the legal process can feel and takes pride in offering clear and practical advice to guide her clients with confidence and care.
She is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her determination to achieve the best possible outcomes, securing compensation that improves her clients’ quality of life and ensures their future financial stability. Francesca is also an accredited Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
