Emma is a Senior Associate in our Medical Negligence team. Emma represents clients who have sustained a wide range of injuries resulting from the negligence of clinical practitioners across diverse medical disciplines. With over 20 years of experience, she handles cases that are both medically and legally complex, delivering a client-focused service and guiding individuals through every stage of the investigation and presentation of their claims.
She has significant expertise in claims involving the delayed diagnosis of cancer, gynaecological conditions and their management, as well as cases concerning cardiology and “never events”. Emma also specialises in claims arising from the mismanagement of surgical procedures, encompassing every stage from pre-operative assessment and patient counselling through to post-operative recovery and on-going care.
