Emily is an Associate in our Medical Negligence team. Emily acts for individuals who have suffered injury as a result of substandard medical treatment provided by healthcare professionals, including GP practices, NHS hospital trusts and private hospitals. She is committed to helping clients obtain clear answers about the care they have received and to securing compensation that supports their recovery and helps them rebuild their lives.
Emily has experience advising on a broad range of clinical negligence claims, including those involving cauda equina syndrome, spinal and brain injuries, psychiatric injury and fatal accident claims. She also works closely with senior members of the team on high-value and complex matters including cerebral palsy claims, birth injuries and cancer cases. With a strong commitment to patient safety and accountability within healthcare, Emily is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
