Clare is a Legal Executive in our Serious Injury team. She has 15 years’ experience in serious injury litigation, having started out in a practice specialising solely in brain injury claims. Clare works with clients who have suffered a range of catastrophic and life-changing injuries, including brain injuries, brachial plexus injuries, psychological injuries and complex musculoskeletal injuries.
She represents clients who have claims arising out of a range of circumstances including road traffic accidents, public liability claims and accidents at work. Clare prides herself on excellent client care skills and is passionate about helping clients through their recovery from their injuries by securing timely funding for rehabilitation.
She takes a caring and compassionate approach to guiding her clients through the process of securing compensation and dedicated to working collaboratively with Counsel, experts, case managers and opponent solicitors in order to reach the best outcomes for her clients.
In addition to her legal work, Clare is also a member of the Kent Brain Injury Forum steering committee, which contributes to initiatives that help support individuals and their families who have been affected by brain injury in the Kent area. She formerly volunteered with a social group for young adults with brain injuries, assisting with residential weekends, day trips and evening meet ups.
