Beth is an Associate in our Medical Negligence team. Beth manages the costs recovery process for the serious injury and clinical negligence teams, ensuring that settlements are accurately assessed and recovered efficiently following the conclusion of claims. She is responsible for overseeing detailed cost schedules, liaising with opposing parties and solicitors and ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements, enabling clients to receive the compensation they are entitled to in full.
Prior to joining the costs team, Beth supports fee earners in management their busy caseloads, gaining extensive experience across a range of cases, including high-value, complex injury claims. Her background working directly on serious injury and clinical negligence matters provides her with a thorough understanding of the nuances and challenges involved in complex claims, allowing her to approach costs recovery with both precision and insight.
