Ben is a Senior Associate in our Serious Injury team. Ben specialises in complex serious injury claims, with a particular focus on road traffic collisions and workplace accidents, acting on behalf of both adults and children who have suffered life-changing injuries. He has extensive experience representing clients with multiple orthopaedic injuries and amputations and he also advises in fatal accident claims.
Since qualifying, he has secured numerous six and seven figure settlements for his clients. Ben is an accredited senior litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Previously, he served for 6 years as a Coordinator with APIL Transport Special Interest Group. Ben has organised and chaired presentations delivered to APIL members on a wide range of transport-related topics.
He also contributed to APIL’s responses to government consultations concerning various transport-related issues. Ben has delivered training to the Metropolitan Police on road traffic collision investigations, emphasising the importance of thorough roadside evidence gathering to serious injury claims.
