Continued growth for CL Medilaw clinical negligence and personal injury teams
The CL Medilaw team continues to grow in our four key locations, Oxford, Wilmslow, Maidstone and Crawley with the promotion of Jenny Clendining, Dominique Parker and Sharon Tuckey to Partner, Sarah James, Barry Osborn, Victoria Hubbert to the role of Senior Associate and Louise Astill and Fiona Dodgson to Associate.
In addition, the autumn has seen the recruitment of Emily Markey from Leigh Day to the Oxford clinical negligence team and 4 additional paralegals across the group.
These recent promotions recognise each individual’s commitment to putting our clients first and their invaluable contribution to the team. We understand the importance of career progression for team members ensuring everyone is supported in order to provide their unique input for the success as a team overall.
The team has now grown to nearly 50 individuals dealing with high value catastrophic injury claims throughout England and Wales.
We have a particular expertise in birth and brain injury claims, spinal and amputation injuries as well as claims for damages when loved ones have passed away and claims involving major trauma and injuries caused by the delayed and misdiagnosis of cancer.
“I am absolutely thrilled to be promoted to Partner, working with such a passionate and experienced team ensuring life changing outcomes for our clients. The quality and complexity of the work we do in the team is extremely rewarding as is the support we are able to offer to the families we represent” Jenny Clendining
“We represent some truly inspiring clients facing huge challenges in their everyday lives. The CL Medilaw team are amazing – all devoted to getting the best result they can for every client. I feel truly lucky to work here. I’m looking forward to seeing what the future holds for our team and my role as Partner within it.” Dominique Parker
